Swimming is a healthy workout that can be done for a lifetime. It is a low-impact activity that has several mental physical health benefits. Swimming is a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness and is linked to better cognitive function, lower risk of type 2 diabetes, lower risk of high blood pressure and lower risk of stroke. People are typically able to exercise longer in water than on land without increased effort, and minimal joint or muscle pain.
Our Swimming Lessons are a great introduction to swimming, whether you are a complete beginner or you are returning to swimming and want to improve your stroke and technique.
There’s no need to fully commit and enroll into many lessons at a time as we run on a pay as you go basis, however we are strictly on a bookings only basis. Unfortunately due to high demand we can no longer cater to any walk-ins.

For those of you who are nervous in the water. The class will be taught at a slow comfortable pace.
For those who would like to learn to swim.
For those of you who would like to learn to swim comfortably and demonstrate an understanding of the main swimming strokes, including breaststroke, backstroke and front crawl.
Coached Lap Swim
Especially for people training for triathlons, building stamina for lengths or entering in ‘Swim a Mile’ competitions.
Our teachers have many years’ experience and specialise in teaching adults to swim. Our classes are relaxed and enjoyable. Why not try it out and come along on a pay as you go basis (€10 per Class).
